While we also sell our own unbranded bricks, Bricktastics primarily specialises in Sustainable Pre-Loved LEGO®, and all product we sell called "Pre-Loved LEGO®" or "LEGO®" are genuine second hand LEGO® product. We guarantee that 95% (usually closer to 99%) of the bricks in our packs are Genuine LEGO®. We remove all non LEGO® items, but sometimes a few pieces of generic branded LEGO® gets past us. Bricktastics also produces our own unbranded products and these are labelled accordingly in the product titles and descriptions.

We hand sort all our LEGO® from preloved collections. We ensure only excellent condition LEGO® makes it into our packs and we remove anything that is not Genuine LEGO®

Bricktastics specialises in a lucky dip style when creating our bulk Pre-Loved LEGO® Packs. We are happy to fulfil general requests to the best of our ability and supply, but we are not able to do specific part requests in our bulk packs. If you are after specific items check out our Parts Catalogue filled with over 60,000 individual parts .

 Our team hand sorts through all LEGO® items before we send it to you to ensure maximum safety. Our team are experts and have years of experience at what they do. For peace of mind, we do recommend to check the LEGO® before giving it to your kids and if there are any concerns to give it a quick wash in warm soapy water. We cannot guarantee perfection but we get pretty close! All of our LEGO® is in excellent and usable condition, some parts may show minor signs of wear.

Bricktastics hand sorts and washes all the dirty and very dusty Pre-Loved LEGO® pieces that we sell. While we work very hard to catch every dirty brick, we cannot guarantee perfection due to our products being Pre-Loved. We recommend to our customers to always inspect their LEGO® before playing with them, and to wash any dirty or dusty pieces they are not happy with in warm soapy water.
