    Sadly, we won’t be able to buy non-LEGO branded toys. Bricktastics only purchases Quality, LEGO parts. 

    However, LEGO® collections often have some non LEGO® items in them and we expect that. Therefore we accept all collections that are majority LEGO® at least 80% genuine LEGO® or more.

    We will take care of the entire postage process for you. We have two methods we use. You just need to pack the LEGO into cardboard boxes and we will arrange a courier to collect it from your home, or you can take it to your local post office using prepaid labels we can email you. Our staff will discuss these options with you.

    Our process for donating LEGO is simple. Just fill out the Online Form and assign what portion of your LEGO® you would like to donate. We will get in touch, cover all shipping costs and ensure that we match your donation with LEGO®, building bricks and toys, dollar for dollar. 

    At Bricktastics we have various payment options available to suit your needs. Our prefered method is bank transfer to your nominated bank account.

    Yes, we have a minimum purchase amount. We typically prefer to purchase 6 kgs or more.

    Yes, that is possible to do. Our form allows you to specify exactly how much you want to donate to us.

    We understand that you may want to earn on your collection and donate at the same time. We’d love to help you with that!

    Due to the online nature of our service we unfortunately cannot take the risk of paying for your LEGO before we receive it, fraud on the internet is real and we must safeguard against it.. 

    At Bricktastics we have built a strong reputation in the Australian community. We make the process safe and transparent, payment is always made promptly upon receiving your LEGO and clear expectations of payment are communicated before a deal is made. We have numerous methods for you to track your parcels progress and confirm its weight prior to sending to us.

    Shipping and Quotation complications are very rare and it is our policy to fully compensate customers when they have followed our instructions.

    We are an Australian registered business and take your trust and privacy very seriously.

    We sort it and pack it into our LEGO® creativity packs organised by a variety of factors. We then get it to new and loving homes with children and families looking for affordable creative LEGO® supplies.

    Our pledge to you is that your donated LEGO® will will be matched with LEGO®, other children’s toys and building bricks, to be sent to children in need both domestically and worldwide. We work extensively with our charity partners across Australia, Thailand and Cambodia to make this happen.

    We Visit these countries regularly which ensures we see where the donations are going and understand first hand the impact your donations have on the lives of children less fortunate than us.
