If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect,Bricktastics offers a 30 days refund policy, we simply require proof of purchase and for the goods to be returned in usable and re-sellable condition.
Return postage labels will be supplied and paid for by Bricktastics in the above cases.
We may deny returns or refunds for change of mind on orders such as bespoke or custom orders where there will be no one for us to sell these items to in the future, Examples include custom branded products or other orders such as but not limited to heavily discounted items and deals.

As part of our returns policy, the return and postage of the items for reasons other than something being unusable or defective are solely the responsibility and at the cost of the customer.
