Refund policy

 

We want you to love your purchase, and our staff are always here to assist you with your order. Bricktastics will always work towards ensuring you are happy with your order. 

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect,Bricktastics offers a 30 days refund policy, we simply require proof of purchase and for the goods to be returned in usable and re-sellable condition. 
Return postage labels will be supplied and paid for by Bricktastics in the above cases.
We may deny returns or refunds for change of mind on orders such as bespoke or custom orders where there will be no one for us to sell these items to in the future, Examples include custom branded products or other orders such as but not limited to heavily discounted items and deals. 

As part of our returns policy, the return and postage of the items for reasons other than something being unusable or defective are solely the responsibility and at the cost of the customer. These include reasons such as but not limited to "changing your mind" or customers ordering the wrong product etc: 

Bricktastics reserves the rights to withhold funds due to incurred costs in the processing and engagement with your order in cases of change of mind or other circumstances not the fault of Bricktastics. These include but are not limited to un-recoverable shipping costs, production costs and processing fees etc.

Our refund process is very simple. once the items are returned and verified, our team will process your refund to your original payment method.

Our policy including the change of mind limits, does not exclude or replace your rights under Consumer Guarantees of the Australian Consumer Law, regulations or otherwise as required by law.
