Shipping Policy

Bricktastics is committed to providing low-cost and reliable shipping options. Most Australian orders include FREE SHIPPING and are sent with fast, tracked services. For international orders, we offer shipping at a low rate, and all orders are shipped using tracked postage whenever possible.

Processing and Shipping Times

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days but will increase for larger or more custom orders, we will discuss these changes with you if your order should require longer then 1-2 business days to process.
  • Estimated Delivery: Shipping within Australia generally takes up to 6 business days. For international orders, delivery times range from 6 to 14 business days. These times are based on historical averages and are subject to variation due to factors beyond our control, such as local customs policies, postal network delays, or seasonal demand.

Order Tracking and Support

We take great care in hand-picking and securely packaging every item to ensure that your LEGO® is well-protected. A tracking number will be provided in most cases, allowing you to monitor your order's progress. If you have concerns about the delivery time of your items, our team is here to assist.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we strive for prompt delivery, delays or lost packages can occur. If your order has not arrived within 14 business days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us for assistance. We will work with the postal service to locate your package or provide a suitable resolution.

International Shipping Costs, Import Duties, and Taxes

International shipping rates vary based on location and order size. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees that may apply to their orders outside of Australia. Please consult your local regulations to determine if additional costs will be incurred by your import laws.
NOTE: Importation costs that MUST be paid, even if the goods are refused and returned by a customer such as but not limited to a US Tariff will be the responsibility of the purchaser and removed by Bricktastics during the refund process to cover any costs Bricktastics incurs while recovering the goods
